Teacher Development Programme

A 5 Day Residential training programme was conducted from 16th to 20th December 2018 for the newly recruited and untrained teachers by a highly qualified team of resource persons. The training programme was aimed at improving the efficiency of teachers and encouraging team work to achieve the goals of MEC. Participants of the programme were very happy with the arrangements and almost all of them have expressed that the sessions have strengthened their capacity and made positive changes in their attitudes. The management of MEC is very proud of having selected a dedicated team to uplift the image of MEC further more. Click here Photos
